Timelesstreasuresindia is committed to assisting its customers as much as possible and has therefore implemented a liberal cancellation policy. Under this policy:
- Cancellations will be considered only if the request is made on the same day the order is placed. However, the cancellation request may not be entertained if the orders have already been communicated to the vendors/merchants and they have initiated the shipping process.
- Timelesstreasuresindia does not accept cancellation requests for perishable items like flowers, eatables, etc. However, refunds or replacements can be made if the customer proves that the quality of the delivered product is unsatisfactory.
- In case of receipt of damaged or defective items, please report the same to our Customer Service team. The request will be entertained once the merchant has checked and verified the issue. This should be reported on the same day of receipt of the products.
- If you feel that the product received does not match what was shown on the site or does not meet your expectations, you must notify our customer service team on the same day of receiving the product. The Customer Service Team will review your complaint and make an appropriate decision.
- For complaints regarding products that come with a manufacturer’s warranty, please refer the issue to the manufacturer.
- In case of any refunds approved by Timelesstreasuresindia, it will take 9-15 days for the refund to be processed to the end customer.
